Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Our goal is to ensure a risk-free experience for you. If, within 30 days, your child is not satisfied with one of our toys or if you feel that you did not receive your money's worth, we will gladly issue a refund for you.
Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria: the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, the item must be in its original condition with packaging and accessories, and it must not be a non-returnable or final sale item. Failure to meet these criteria may result in your return being denied or a partial refund being issued.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get the item you desire is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will then inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
